I made this card for a friend to use as a sympathy card. It is a large card as you may be able to tell by how small the large Kaisercraft flourish and the prima flower look. It is going to be used as a group card so there needed to be enough space for a few people to write in it. It is 6 inches wide and the height is a bit shorter than an A4 sheet (I don’t have the card anymore so I can’t measure it!) I made the patterned paper on the card by watercolouring with distress inks mixed with Calico Shine, so it has a lovely shimmer and the nice texture of watercolour paper. This was really fun to do so I would definitely recommend giving it a try. You could use perfect pearls mixed with water or even the white chalkboard glimmermist would probably give a similar result. Have fun playing with this technique.
