Birthday Marci and Bo Bunny Sweet Tooth

Hi Everyone,

Here is a card using the very cute Birthday Marci which I coloured with copic markers and the Bo Bunny Sweet Tooth Collection.

Supplies List

Paper Trimmer, Scissors, Foam Adhesive, Double sided tape,  Paper  Ribbon, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, X-press It blending card,  Stamps – La La Land stamp Birthday Marci, Hero Arts Clear stamps – Friends,  Paper – Bo Bunny Sweet Tooth Collection , white cardstock,  Bazzill card, Spellbinders Lacey Ovals Die, Distress Ink – Milled Lavender, Foam Blending tool, Gem by Prima, We R Memory Keepers – Corner Rounder, Atuya Spica Pen – clear and black, Copic Markers E000, E00, E01, R20, C0, C1, C2, C3, C5, C7, C9, Rv21, RV23, BG10, BG15

Method

I first stamped Birthday Marci onto blending card using tuxedo black ink and then coloured using the copic markers listed above.  I used the spica pen to add some shimmer to her hair bands, shoes and the present.  I cut the image out. I used the nestabilities lacey oval die and cut it out of white card using my big shot machine.  Whilst the die was still together with the card I used milled lavender ink and my foam blending tool to colour the centre, then removed the die to leave a white border.  I stamped the words using tuxedo black ink and then used foam adhesive to adhere it to the lacey oval shape.  I trimmed the patterned paper to size and stuck it to the card base.  The corners were rounded with the we R memory keepers corner rounder (love this tool).  I used my black spica pen to draw glittery faux stitching.  I shaped the paper ribbon and tied it in a bow on the card front.  Then I used a gem on top of the bow.  I used foam adhesive to adhere the lacey oval to the card front.

Until next time,

Kristy
