“There are only 2 types of boys – dirty and not yet” I saw this quote on a sticker a while ago (I don’t know if the quote was from someone in particular because it wasn’t written on the sticker) and when I took these photos of my youngest boy playing with water and dirt it really reminded me of it. I got some bright and fun Dylusions Ink Sprays, some Dylusions stencils, a texture stamp and some paint dabbers and had some fun. This layout came together quite quickly and it was fun to create layers around my photos for the foundation of my page. The Dylusions sprays are bright and translucent (so there is no shimmer). I really like the vibrant colour and look forward to experimenting with them some more. If you would like to see a Dyan Reaveley demonstration of using these mists and stencilsclick here. I used these thickers from American Crafts for the title but I would have liked some that were a bit thicker (ha ha no joke intended as I feel the title gets slightly lost but sometimes I think you just have to make a choice to go with what you have got rather than wait for something that fits your layout perfectly. Don’t get me wrong – I did try a few different things before I settled on these.
Thats it for me for now.
