Dear Lizzie Scrapbook Page

Hi everyone ,

A collection that I am really loving at the moment is the American Crafts line called Dear Lizzy.  It has loads of cute embellishments that match with the patterned papers, so I think it will be pretty easy to put together a bunch of pages.  I am planning to use it to make a series of pages about my daughter at the moment.  So the page for today is the first one I have made.  My journalling is on one of the tags from the collection and is tucked away behind the photo.  This page is basically about how she loves pretending to be a ‘little mummy’  Her ‘baby’ can be anything from her little brother, a baby doll, a bear or a panda like in this photo.  Pretty much all the supplies are from the American Crafts Dear Lizzy line, with a few extras like the rose ribbon, Studio Calico Mister Hueys – Calico Shine, the doily, a heart brad, Martha Stewart Classic butterfly punch and a Fiskars heart punch.  The stitching was done with my sewing machine.  I got all these supplies from Southern Stationery, and there are bunch of other beautiful embellishments that I haven’t used on this page also.

This is another post I am just moving over from my old blog.  Only a couple more to go.  The photo is not the best but I haven’t been able to re-photograph it at this stage as it is with Stef.

Thanks for stopping by.

Kristy
