Case Study Challenge #128

Hi Everyone,

I had some time today to play along with the current CASE Study Challenge.  I had already coloured Popsicle Marci with my copic markers a little while ago and decided that I would still be able to create a card based on this weeks card by Terri Anderson (You can see her card at the CASE Study blog here).

I haven’t done any stamping with paint for a while either so I got out some paint dabbers.  I used a Kaisercraft texture stamp to add a bit of extra interest to the patterned paper.  When I stamp backgrounds like this with paint, I don’t add paint to the whole stamp and tend to roll the stamp over the background rather than using a stamping block.  I also applied some purple paint to the embossing folder before running it through my sizzix big shot.  I used the same purple paint to stamp the sentiment and add some paint to the edges of the papers before adding them to the white card base. Stamping is fun but just remember to clean your stamps and embossing folders.  If you have any questions just leave me a comment.

Thanks for stopping by,

Kristy
