Happy Friday! Today I got out some papers from the Bo Bunny Collection – Family Is, along with some Maya Road Chipboard and a new stamp from Elle’s studio. I really like the typewriter font for this sentiment and it also looks great stamped on label pieces. I am pretty sure it is going to get a bit of use for scrapbook layouts too!
I coloured my chipboard tree with some green and brown distress paints and a jenni bowlin paint dabber for the blue heart, so that the pieces matched the colours on the main panel of the card. This panel already had the faux washi tapes and faux zig zag stitching on it so I hand drew in the other stitching lines using a chipped sapphire distress marker.
I added a tag, a twine bow, washi tape and some lace to give some more detail to the top section of the card and balance out the chipboard tree and heart.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend.
